Dr Bithi Roy is a consultant paediatrician providing family-centred care for newborns and children on Sydney’s North Shore. She works at North Shore Private Hospital and has over a decade of experience in paediatric and neonatal medicine. She trained in Neonatology at the Children’s Hospital, Westmead and Royal North Shore Hospital, and holds a PhD from the University of Sydney on Perinatal Stroke in Australian Children. Accredited in General Movement and Bayley Developmental Assessments, Dr Roy helps families understand and nurture their child’s early development with confidence. She believes in compassionate, collaborative care — working closely with parents to ensure every child receives the attention and support they need to thrive.​
